Refund Policy
We offer a full refund for requests placed within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery under the specific circumstances outlined below. To be eligible for a refund, a request must be made following the procedure provided, and you may be eligible for a full refund in the following cases:
- Wrong product received: If you received a product different from what was ordered.
- Missing product(s): If one or more items in your order are missing.
- Lost or damaged during transit: If the ordered product(s) were lost or arrived damaged.
- Expired product(s): If the product(s) you received are past their expiration date.
- Allergic reactions (rare cases): If the product causes allergic reactions or does not suit your body.
Please provide clear images of the product(s) showcasing the fault or issue when making your refund request.
For cases involving missing products, we will review our internal records (packing videos) to verify that all items were included in the shipment. We also request images of the entire kit received at the time of raising your request.
Non-Defective Returns
If the product is not defective, but you still wish to return it, we may accept returns of sealed and unused products. In these cases, you must notify us within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product. Once the request is approved, we will arrange for the product pick-up.
How to Request a Refund?
To initiate a refund request, contact our customer care team between 10 AM - 7 PM, Monday to Saturday with the following details:
- Your order ID.
- The reason for requesting a refund.
- An image of the product related to the refund request.

Special Return Cases
If you purchased a product with a free gift or promotional offer:
- You must return the free product along with the main product.
- The refund will be issued after deducting any applicable promotional discounts.
Return Process
Once your refund/return request is approved, we will arrange for a logistics partner to pick up the product within 2 working days. Timelines may vary based on availability, location, public holidays, etc.
Refunds for returned products are initiated after the product undergoes a Quality Check to ensure that it is in its original condition, including:
- The product is sealed and unused.
- No signs of tampering or damage are present.
Once the product passes the Quality Check, the refund will be processed to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund link will be provided to select your preferred refund method and submit the necessary details.
Cancellation of Orders
You can request to cancel your order through:

If the order has already been shipped, but the delivery is yet to occur, simply decline acceptance. If the order is accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up, provided the product remains sealed and unused.

- Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking: Refunds will appear within 5-7 working days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD refunds may require additional documentation (e.g., a voided cheque leaf or bank statement). Processing may take up to 3 weeks.
